Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100g dark chocolate
Method
- Get a large bowl and make sure it’s clean and grease-free. As a precaution, wash the bowl with some washing-up liquid to ensure it’s clean.
- Separate your eggs and ensure the egg whites go into the clean bowl. Watch my YouTube video below, which shows you how to easily separate eggs
- in a microwave, melt the chocolate on low for 30-second intervals until it’s fully melted and runny.
- Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and mix until it turns thick and glossy.
- Use an electric beater to whip up your egg whites to soft peaks.
- Pour your chocolate into bowl and use the electric beater to incorporate everything together.
- Pour mousse into ramekins and set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
