A quick and easy WFH breakfast idea which is a lifesaver for busy mornings! For a bonus breakfast recipe, watch my youtube video below where i share an additional breakfast recipe which is just as quick and easy 🙂

Ingredients

  • 200ml hot boiling water
  • 2 peaches
  • a handful of strawberries
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 20g butter
  • 20g walnuts – optional
  • honey or maple syrup – optional
  • Greek yoghurt pot (125g)

Method

  1. Switch on your ketlle and pour boiling water into a large frying pan
  2. Chop up your peaches and strawberries into large slices and add to the frying pan
  3. Boil your peaches until the liquid has evaporated and the peaches are nice and soft.
  4. To the frying pan, add the oats, cinnamon, butter and walnuts. Toast in the frying pan until nice and crunchy.
  5. to a bowl pour in your greek yoghurt and add your peach crumble on top.
  6. Drizzle over some honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
