Ingredients
- 200ml hot boiling water
- 2 peaches
- a handful of strawberries
- 100g rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20g butter
- 20g walnuts – optional
- honey or maple syrup – optional
- Greek yoghurt pot (125g)
Method
- Switch on your ketlle and pour boiling water into a large frying pan
- Chop up your peaches and strawberries into large slices and add to the frying pan
- Boil your peaches until the liquid has evaporated and the peaches are nice and soft.
- To the frying pan, add the oats, cinnamon, butter and walnuts. Toast in the frying pan until nice and crunchy.
- to a bowl pour in your greek yoghurt and add your peach crumble on top.
- Drizzle over some honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
