Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 2 apples
- 100ml water or milk
- greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 200g pomegranate seeds
- frozen fruit to top
Makes 2 servings (fills two 500ml jars). These breakfast jars will keep in the fridge for 3–4 days. I buy the jars from here
- Grate the two apples and divide them evenly between 2 jars.
- Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to each jar. Pour in half the water (or milk) into each, then stir well until there are no lumps.
- Spoon in the Greek yoghurt and stir through half of the pomegranate seeds.
- Top each jar with the remaining pomegranate seeds and a little frozen fruit.
- Seal and store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Enjoy straight from the jar for a quick, refreshing breakfast.
