Matcha Bowl Dupe

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 2 apples
  • 100ml water or milk
  • greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 200g pomegranate seeds
  • frozen fruit to top

Makes 2 servings (fills two 500ml jars). These breakfast jars will keep in the fridge for 3–4 days. I buy the jars from here

  1. Grate the two apples and divide them evenly between 2 jars.
  2. Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to each jar. Pour in half the water (or milk) into each, then stir well until there are no lumps.
  3. Spoon in the Greek yoghurt and stir through half of the pomegranate seeds.
  4. Top each jar with the remaining pomegranate seeds and a little frozen fruit.
  5. Seal and store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Enjoy straight from the jar for a quick, refreshing breakfast.
