  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise (adjust to preference)
  • 50g grated cheese (mozzerella or your choice)

  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Finely chop the spring onion and drain the can of tuna, keeping the oil aside or discarding it based on your preference.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped spring onion, mayonnaise, and grated cheese. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, then mix again.
  4. Your emergency tuna filling is ready! Use it to fill sandwiches, wraps, or enjoy in a jacket potato.
