Ingredients
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise (adjust to preference)
- 50g grated cheese (mozzerella or your choice)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- Finely chop the spring onion and drain the can of tuna, keeping the oil aside or discarding it based on your preference.
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped spring onion, mayonnaise, and grated cheese. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, then mix again.
- Your emergency tuna filling is ready! Use it to fill sandwiches, wraps, or enjoy in a jacket potato.
