Healthy Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pot Lidl protein pudding (vanilla flavour)
  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • Milk (about 120ml, adjust based on preferred consistency)
  • Optional toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, or rolled oats

Method

  1. Place the Weetabix biscuit in the mason jar and break it into chunks. Pour 60ml milk over the Weetabix and let it soak for about a minute until softened.
  2. Layer half of the banana slices over the softened Weetabix in the jar.
  3. Spoon half of the Lidl protein pudding (vanilla) over the banana slices and spread evenly.
  4. Repeat the layers and top with the rest of the Lidl protein pudding to finish the jar.
  5. To garnish, add a few more banana slices, and sprinkle some oats on top for extra texture. If you have any extra fruit, such as blueberries, top the pudding with them for added freshness.
  6. Enjoy the pudding immediately for a fresh taste, or cover the jar and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavours meld and the pudding thicken slightly.
