Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 pot Lidl protein pudding (vanilla flavour)
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- Milk (about 120ml, adjust based on preferred consistency)
- Optional toppings: sliced banana, blueberries, or rolled oats
Method
- Place the Weetabix biscuit in the mason jar and break it into chunks. Pour 60ml milk over the Weetabix and let it soak for about a minute until softened.
- Layer half of the banana slices over the softened Weetabix in the jar.
- Spoon half of the Lidl protein pudding (vanilla) over the banana slices and spread evenly.
- Repeat the layers and top with the rest of the Lidl protein pudding to finish the jar.
- To garnish, add a few more banana slices, and sprinkle some oats on top for extra texture. If you have any extra fruit, such as blueberries, top the pudding with them for added freshness.
- Enjoy the pudding immediately for a fresh taste, or cover the jar and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavours meld and the pudding thicken slightly.
